Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund & Cancellation Policy Last updated: August 13, 2026 This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for It's Something (“It's Something,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). It applies to any paid membership, subscription, or one-time fee purchased through our website or mobile applications (collectively, the “Service”). 1. Joining the waitlist is free Adding your email address to our waitlist costs nothing and creates no payment obligation. We will not charge you unless and until you affirmatively purchase a membership, subscription, or other paid feature. 2. Cancelling a subscription You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not shorten the term you have already paid for. You keep access to paid features until the end of the current billing period, after which your account reverts to its unpaid state. To cancel a subscription purchased directly from us, use the billing settings in your account or contact us at support@itssomething.com. 3. Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Subscriptions bought inside our mobile apps are billed by Apple or Google, not by us. Those purchases must be cancelled and refunded through the platform that processed them, under that platform's own refund rules. We cannot cancel or refund a platform-billed subscription on your behalf. 4. Refund eligibility Except where a refund is required by law, fees are generally non-refundable once the billing period has begun, because access to the Service is made available immediately. We will, however, review refund requests made within 14 days of a charge, and we will normally issue a refund where: - you were charged in error, charged twice, or charged after cancelling; - a technical fault on our side prevented you from meaningfully using the paid features; or - you have not used the paid features during the billing period in question. 5. Screening and verification fees Fees charged for identity verification, screening, or application review cover work performed by us or by third-party providers at the time of the request. Once that work has begun, these fees are non-refundable unless the screening did not take place. One exception, because we promise it when we take the fee: if you pay the screening fee and we do not accept you as a member, we refund that fee in full. The refund is issued to your original payment method once the decision is made, and you do not need to request it. 6. Accounts we suspend or terminate If we suspend or terminate an account for violating our Terms of Service, fees already paid are not refunded. If we discontinue the Service, or terminate an account for reasons unrelated to your conduct, we will refund the unused portion of any prepaid period. 7. How to request a refund Email support@itssomething.com from the address on your account and include the date of the charge, the amount, and a short description of the problem. We aim to respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. 8. Your statutory rights Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation right you have under the consumer protection laws of your country, state, or region. Where those laws grant you a stronger right than this policy does, that right applies. 9. Changes to this policy We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Service or by other reasonable means. 10. Contact Questions about cancellations or refunds may be sent to support@itssomething.com.
